Shipping & Returns

Product Refunds & Exchanges:

- We accept returns of items within thirty (30) days of purchase.

- We do not charge a re-stocking fee on eligible and qualifying returns that fit the following criteria:

 

* Merchandise and Apparel must be in an unworn, uninstalled, unused condition with original packaging and original tags attached to be eligible for return. 

* Electronics, Fuel Controllers, Exhausts, Suspension, Hard Parts, etc. must be un-opened and sealed/retaining factory seal and in original packaging to be eligible for return.

 

- You're reponsible for the getting item(s) shipped back to us unless it was an error on our end (in which case, we'll send you a shipping label). 

- Refunds are usually issued within 5 days of the item(s) arriving at our warehouse. Depending on your financial institution, please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to post on your account.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

- All shipping costs are not refundable.

- We currently do not offer an exchange program. However, you're welcome to return the item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you want in exchange.

- Visit the "My Account" section of our website to start a return.

Custom Items / Colors:

-  Any items with customized made-to-order options such as color or length, etc. cannot be returned. 
 
 
Product Warranties & Defects:
 
- Many manufacturers offer a warranty period on their products that will cover against defects. Please contact the manufacturer directly or contact us for assistance.
 
- The warranty process may take up to 30 days and may involve sending the defective part in to the manufacturer.
 
- As we're not a manufacturer, we currently do not provide any direct warranty for any items we sell.

- We cannot return/refund or service a defective item.
