International Orders

Shopping from outside of the USA? Shop with us. We offer guaranteed international delivery when you choose USPS Express shipping at checkout. We'll make sure your parts arrive.

Solo Moto Parts only ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS), to international destinations and USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska and Hawaii. We recommend Express Mail as it's fast and secure. To obtain a shipping quote, use the estimate shipping feature on the left side of the product detail page or add the items you wish to order to your cart, go to your shopping cart by clicking "shopping cart", and click on "estimate shipping.". If the estimate shipping function is not working at the time simply continue through checkout to obtain the order total. If the shipping cost does not display during checkout we will send an e-mail after the order is placed with instructions. Certain items such as Tires, stands and chemicals cannot be shipped Internationally. Promotional shipping offers are subject to size, weight & quantity restrictions.

We currently ship to most locations in Europe, Asia, Oceania and Latin America including APO/FPO Addresses, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam (see registration form for full list). If you do not see your location please feel free to contact us.

Ordering Online
You may order online for any location we ship to. For APO/FPO addresses please enter APO or FPO as your city, select AE, AA, AP as your state and United States of America for your country. If you're shipping to Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands please select UNITED STATES as your country and then select your location from the states menu.

Orders outside of the U.S. have the same processing time as normal orders. You'll be provided with an estimated time to ship when you order. Transit time is usually around 5 days to 3 weeks depending on customs delays. We recommend Express Mail shipping as it's fast and secure.

Pricing, Taxes, Fees and Tariffs
All website pricing is in US Dollars. Our prices do not include any taxes, fees or tariffs imposed by the destination country and we are not responsible for any applicable taxes, tariffs, fees, brokerage charges, customs charges, or any other charge that may arise due to an international shipment. WE DO NOT MARK PACKAGES AS "GIFT" or ALTER THE VALUE.

Returns & Exchanges
Our normal return & exchange policies apply but you will need to pay for shipping on all returns and exchanges.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is delayed, damaged or lost please let us know immediately.
