    Driven Honda Race 520 Conversion Chain & Sprocket Kit

    Our Honda 520 Conversion motorcycle chain and sprocket kits come with a -1/+2 race gearing for an out of the box boost in acceleration using top of the line Driven rear sprockets paired with steel front sprockets and a chain to put it all together. Expect to see an 8-10% increase in torque. This setup will lower your top end a little but many feel it is an acceptable loss for the performance gains. This kit will also save considerable weight off your drive train - increasing responsiveness and performance.

    Bike selections are pre-set with -1/+2 gearing, however, if you want different gearing, simply enter it into the 'custom gearing' field.

    Chains come pre-cut for your application. We recommend the RK Chain Riveting/Breaking Tool for installation and the Speedohealer to correct the speedometer once the kit is installed. Traditionally, aluminum sprockets will wear faster than the stock steel sprockets but you will save considerable weight with the switch. Take care of your chain with chain clean & lube/wax to see longer life from your kit.

      Pros: awesome quality. i went with a supersprox rear sprocket and DID vm chain. i have no complaints about this product. chain & sprocket are top notch!! want usable power from your bike?? by a 520 & new sprocket set!!
      Cons: bring a few buddies that smoke. you can pay them in cigarettes if youre cheap. its very difficult to do by yourself. super difficult i imagine without a rear pit stand.

      Pros: Excellent quality and finish. Easy to install. Greatly improves acceleration and driveline lash.
      Cons: Rearstand and chain press fit tool a must if using the rivet style chain. I replaced mine with a clip style masterlink and it was much easier to install.

      Pros: easy to install, much lighter kit than the original oem kit, engine powers up quicker to feed the raw power to the rear wheel, great for wheelies much quicker starts.
