Solid Mount Rear Wave Rotor
Galfer’s solid-mount Rear Wave rotors provides all the advantages of the front rotors when coupled with the floating rear calipers found on most motorcycles. Combining the best materials and manufacturing process, these rotors will handle everything thrown at them. Patented inner and outer Wave design minimizes heat transfer, equalizes dissipation and evens out pad wear. They are extremely predictable, consistent and provide outstanding performance even in the most aggressive conditions. They consistently have a progressive feel and a high level of friction. The spiral configuration delivers improved braking under all conditions.

Design & Development
Galfer Wave Rotors are designed both for street and track and have a laser cut (not stamped like most others). They're made using special parallel grinding to assure perfect flatness. Waves in the rotors keeps the brake system cooler by allowing air to pass over every point of a brake pad surface. Heat is treated to each specific application to assure warp resistance. It has the best friction surface of any stainless steel rotor and are made of Galfer’s unique High Carbon 420 stainless steel. The designs are CAD-CAM cosmos tested with a stress analysis program, as well as dyno / real life tested prior to being offered on the market. Galfer Wave Rotors seamlessly replace stock rotors.
About Galfer’s Wave Brake Rotor Technology:
Wave Rotor Technology was invented by Galfer in the early 90′s to solve the problem of water and mud on brake rotor surfaces of trial competition motorcycles. While developing the design they discovered an added benefit which was the brake system was running cooler and it was worth exploring. They combined their new design with the premium materials which they already had developed for their round rotors. This resulted in the breakthrough of new generation of brake rotor technology. Galfer Wave rotors are protected under US PTO# 6, 386, 340 and US Trademark# 76, 517, 881.
