A: Most orders arrive within a week. On average, orders process for about 3-5 business days but can take up to 7 before shipping. Certain products are marked with longer processing times. Processing times do not include shipping transit times.
Q: Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?

Q: I tried to place an order that was declined. I checked my account and I've been charged for it. Why?
A: What you see in your account is a pending charge (also known as a pre-authorization or a hold). It will usually drop off your account within a few business days.
Q: Do you have a store where I can drop by and buy something or try things on?
A: No, we do not have a traditional storefront. All browsing and ordering can be conducted online on our website.
Q: How come my order doesn't ship same day?
A: Due to our large product selection it's not always possible to have everything in your order available to ship immediately. Solo Moto Parts must order these items from the manufacturer. Usually items arrive in 1-2 business days but certain brands can take up to 5-7 business days.
Q: Where's my tracking number?
A: Tracking numbers are sent automatically via e-mail when an order ships. You can also access the tracking information for your completed order via the order status link.
Q: How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated live via UPS and USPS from our website for your specific location. Use the "estimate shipping" feature to obtain a general idea after adding items to your cart. It's best for international customers to create an account to obtain exact shipping figures.
Q: Do you ship to an address other than my billing address?

Yes, but only for returning customers. Once you have placed an order through our website an option will appear during checkout to change your shipping address.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO/Hawaii/Alsaka addresses?
A: Yes, select 'other' as your shipping carrier and then select USPS Priority Mail.
Q: Is it in stock?

Items on our website are not always in stock in our warehouse and will usually not ship same day. For this reason, we are meticulous about notifying our customers about any delay beyond normal processing times. You may contact us to check stock for specific items if you wish.
Q: Some items show a percentage off is this reflected in the price shown?

Yes. The discount is already reflected in the displayed price in red.
Q: When is the latest I can place an order and have it start being processed the same day?
A: All orders are processed M-F before 12:00pm PST. Any orders received after that will be processed the following business day. Orders usually do not ship same day.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to most countries in Europe, all of Australia, New Zealand and some of Asia via USPS Global Express (EMS). We do not mark items as "GIFT" but we do value the order lower than the purchase amount. More information can be found here.
Q: What is your time/days of operations?

The website is open for ordering 24/7, 365 days a year. We are generally at our desks M-F 10-4pm PST. We observe the US Federal Holidays and will be closed these days. We will be processing orders the week after Christmas and before New Years but will not be available for calls or e-mails.
