The New Suomy Apex helmet is a feature packed helmet from Suomy that incorporates many goodies from Suomy's higher end Extreme and Vandal lines. The big buzz about the Apex is that it is light. Very light. A helmet in XL weighs in at about 1200g or 2.6 lbs! It's one of the lightest helmets in the US market. If you're expecting to pay $600 for such a light helmet you're going to be very surprised. The solid colors are priced around $250 and you can get your hands on a graphics version for under $300.
