      Pros: Nice fit and finish. Hardware was all there, so no hassle. I like the way it looks and the way it mounts.
      Cons: Very minor issue, but the instructions don't show that the two philips head screws under the tool bag must also be removed to drop the tail light assembly. Once you do that, the mounting bracket slips in on top of that assembly and everything bolts up nicely.
